    Lowest Ad Price Available For BRAC Communites

    The Board of Directors for the web-site designed to support communities identified on the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) list announced it has approved phase IV of site implementation. It also extended the pricing board’s recommendation of $15.95 through April 2011. Each listing is advertised on the site until sold/rented or up to a year (we've extended this through the end of Apr). The site places its highest priority on keeping ad cost below what is normally expected. Designed to assist homeowners and personnel realigned to and from BRAC listed areas, the site specifically supports BRAC relocations, BRAC communities and the BRAC process.

    The purpose of BRAC is to permit the department of defense to make the best use of its resources. It allows each service to improve operational efficiency, save taxpayer's dollars, advance transformation and enhance the combat effectiveness of our military forces. BRAC allows the maximization of both war-fighting capability and efficiency through joint organizational and basing solutions.

    With tens-of-thousand relocating under BRAC, incoming home buyers, renters, investors, and real estate firms use the site's BRAC base search to view BRAC area homes across the nation. The site leverages BRAC notoriety to enhance customer's success in the marketing of their property while keeping advertisement cost nominal during the BRAC process.
